Welcome to Datix AI. These terms govern the use of our data intelligence platform and AI agents.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing Datix AI, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization.

2. SaaS License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our hosted software for internal business purposes, subject to payment of applicable fees.

3. Data Connections and Security

To use the Service, you will need to connect data sources such as databases, data warehouses, and APIs. You represent that:

• You have the required permissions to authorize Datix to access those sources.
• You understand that Datix processes schemas and metadata, but does not permanently store the raw contents of your tables, only in memory while each query is executed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Reverse engineer our Text-to-SQL algorithm.
• Attempt to bypass API rate limits.
• Use the agents to generate illegal or malicious content.

5. Subscription and Payments

The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. There are no refunds for partial months of service or plan changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Datix AI provides analysis based on probabilistic AI. While we strive for high accuracy in generated SQL, we are not liable for business decisions made exclusively on AI responses. Human validation is recommended for critical decisions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, especially regarding API security and abusive usage.
