Datix AI ("we", "our") operates the Datix AI service (the "Service"). This page explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal data when you use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

We collect several types of information for different purposes in order to provide and improve our Service.

Types of Data Collected:

• Personal Data: Name, work email, title, and company.
• Connected Source Data: We process source metadata and schemas so the AI can work correctly. We do not store the raw rows from your database; processing happens in memory at runtime.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, time spent on pages, and diagnostic logs.

2. Enterprise Security

We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Our servers operate with logical single-tenant isolation to ensure your data never mixes with other customers.

3. Your Rights

You may request permanent deletion of your metadata and account at any time through the control panel or support team.
